Craft Faire.....

Getting things ready for the Annual Craft Faire at Children's Hospital Central Ca. where I work at. I'm loving making headbands, bows, scrapbooks, and any other crafty items! It's been a couple busy days and nights locked away in my little craft room, even on my birthday!! Here is one craft item I have been making, a headband holder....

Toy Story Party....

Helped a friend of mine create a fun Toy Story Theme for her son's second birthday and when it was over, she was left with all these center pieces! Well I posted them on a cool site called mypartyisover.com 

This site lets you sell all your left over party supplies. I sold these in 4hrs after posting them! Crazy but sure made my day ;) And I am making more for the girl whom I sold these to!

The next batch I created to fill my latest order!

It's Alphabet Art Time!

Filling an etsy order for sage letters with lavender accents! I can't wait to get started but my little 2yr old Optimus prime (halloween costume) won't leave the poor dog alone.... shooting at him!

Gotta get started soon!

I painted the paper mache letters with acrylic paint and dolled them up with some cute flowers, ribbon, stickers and rhinestones! And presto!!!

The Long Awaited Bridal Shower.... and it's over :(

This weekend was my Sister in Law's Bridal Shower that I threw along with the help of her brides maids! It was super fun and it all turned out great, even though I totally went over board with the food! But better to have more then not! lol. Anyway, I will be eating croissant sandwiches for the next couple of days and drinking orange juice with some champagne, well maybe not the champagne! lol.

Dessert Table with a Banner we created, The Sweet Bar.  I saw it on the Hostess With The Mostess website, one of the many ideas.

I used an assortment of glasses and mason jars with lemon slices for the punch

The tables were decorated with cream colored linen cloths, some lace. Centerpieces

were again, Mason jars with flowers!

I had them take photos with her and place them on the pages. Since I had

a little printer that will print our your photos as soon as you take them! That was 

a hit!

Long Weekend...

Wow it was a craft fest at my place this weekend. But loads of fun because I got to make so much stuff!

These were pretty cool to make! My friends daughter is turning 8 and she saw these cans I had made before which I posted photos on Facebook. Well she like the idea so I customized them for her!

Let Halloween Begin.....

I seriously feel excited about Halloween this year. Usually I don't really care since my aunt passed away on Halloween 2006 but since Marshall (my son) has arrived trying to do things for him to enjoy all Holidays major or not has been fun! But I have always enjoyed Halloween, don't know why but I love it.

Today I created a fun little decoration using Echo Park paper line called Apothecary Emporium.... ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!

Halloween is around the corner!!

So Halloween is about to come up soon and I'm so ready for it..... well not really but I can't wait to decorate mi casa!!! I've been crafting tons of stuff lately and it's mucho work that I hope I don't get burnt out!! lol..... Anyway, tons of projects still to come and I hope I'm up to it to finish them off :) So far here are some fun Witch hats that I have decorated for Halloween.... put them up on Etsy so far I've had 111 hits but no buyers. I'm just so excited that people are looking at my stuff!!!

Etsy is a go!

So I went for it and now I'm selling on Etsy.... sure it's just one item but I just started! I need to work at it and get more stuff on there. Hopefully I'm successful at this attempt to sell my crafts so I can buy more stuff!!! Because I need  more stuff you know :) I'm selling these Letters that are decorated and are super cute {well at least I think so!}

Book ORDERS!!!

Have not entered a post in sometime now due to the fact that I have been busy creating simple little scrapbooks for some ladies whom saw my work and want one! I have been making mostly girlie albums.... shocker right!! But coming up soon I'll have a post on some boy Alphabet Art :)

Been scrapbooking a bit, had some inspiration recently and I just can stop!

Alphabet Art!

I've been having fun working on these Alphabets and altering them with paint, paper, flowers, ribbon, rhinestones, and whatever scrapbooking embellishments I have!

Flower headbow, I created this using silk zebra print fabric, rhinestones and a simple white feather.... found the tutorial videos on youtube.com and just followed their instructions.
